El centro comercial ?La Roca Village?, situado en el término municipal de la Roca del Vallés e inaugurado en 1998, ya ha sido ampliado en otra ocasión manteniendo su estética característica. El diseño del outlet responde a la voluntad de crear un fragmento de espacio urbano, como soporte de la actividad comercial. La referencia tipológica es la de una calle, plaza o rambla comercial de una ciudad catalana de tamaño medio de finales-principios de siglo pasado.
La volumetría se ordena a ambos lados del eje comercial, en cuyos extremos norte y este se sitúan los accesos públicos a la zona interior peatonal desde el aparcamiento. Con la ampliación de 5.000 m2 netos de superficie comercial prevista, la superficie comercial del conjunto pasará a ser de 20.000 m2. La ampliación del parking dará espacio a 351 vehículos más.

Faithful to its tradition (the practice?s first large project was awarded in a competition, the Polytechnic University of Valencia), L35 participates in different international competitions, not only in the countries where it is already established but also in those where it aspires to work.
