The outlet’s design was mainly inspired by the city, a sum of unique architectures. It aims to create an urban atmosphere through the exclusivity of its buildings and the treatment of the pedestrian zones, the parking lot, etc. The floors, the street furniture, the lighting and the trees also play a fundamental role.
The volumes are organized on both sides of the streets, which form an “L” shape, and around squares that structure the outlet. The pedestrian accesses from the parking lot to the commercial zone are located at both ends and the centre of the outlet.
The uniqueness of the buildings gives an identity of its own to each zone and grants a visual dynamism to the complex which invites the shopper to visit it all.
