This project, constituted by an urban intervention, comprises a buliding of several commercial floors in a tertiary environment. Its location and the slope of the terrain minimise the height (7 floors) and make it a future viewing point. The roof unifies the image of the complex and highlights the interplay of volumes of the façades, creating an unusual view from the city and the dual carriageway. It has been conceived to become a signature building (where open spaces predominate and the use of natural light is favoured) and a reference of quality. The exterior finishes are top quality (natural stone, composite metal panelling, phenolic panelling and glass) as are the interiors combining different granite and coloured ceilings.
